CONSULTATION
- Meet with you for a personalized consultation regarding your project.
- We gather information regarding how you live, the style of your home and the people / pets that live there.
- Discuss your investment
- A walk-through of the property discussing your ideas and our suggestions.
DESIGN
- We can design your personalized home inside and out or create a plan to work on different areas to suit your budget. Our goal is to create a more practical design for your lifestyle and investment.
- Review and sign off a proposed budget on Contract
- A deposit is required at this time. We are licensed with the Province of Alberta to collect deposits.
- Creative recycling & Green Design
- Floor plans and furniture planning
- We do all specifications for the project including: finishes/materials/millwork/appliances/plumbing and lighting fixtures, every element required to complete the project.
- We do selections with you
- Sourcing of fabrics and furniture
- GENERAL CONTRACTING & PROJECT MANAGAGMENT
- Scheduling and managing trades throughout the project
- A site visit with our trade team to confirm the schedule and materials
- Check for possible remediation or code upgrades required
- Permits
- Place and track all orders
- General contracting from planning to completion.
- Furniture/Accent/Window covering sourcing
- Managing and receiving orders
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Final completion clean up
- Furniture/Accessory/window covering delivery and installation
- Styling using your new and/or existing home furnishings.
- Walk-through of completed project - warranties/information sheets/care instructions
- Resolving deficiencies - there is a 1 year warranty on labour and extended warranties on certain fixtures or products.
- We photograph the project for Portfolio/Marketing purposes.
